NEW FEATURE: A.I-powered ‘Express Listings’
HIGHLIGHT: agents can now add properties to iDownsize in less than 60 seconds.
Unlike real estate portals with thousands of public listings, iDownsize is a property matching platform in a closed environment. Only downsizer members can view these private listings, and those who do are:
- Highly-targeted, fully-qualified buyers
- ‘Changeover’ vendors
So it makes sense that the listing process on iDownsize should be lightweight and agile.

Key features of Express Listings:
1.Auto-suggest property
Simply start typing the listing address and our system will find the property in our database. Avoid manually entering in all the details.
2. Auto-import of photos and data
Once the address is selected, the iDownsize system will import any photos and data already attached to the property (you can also add new, additional photos)
3. A.I-powered description writing
Haven’t written a property description for your listing yet? Or can’t be bothered ‘copying and pasting’ from somewhere else? No problem! With just one click of the ‘Generate Data’ button, our A.I assistant can write the property description for you. You can of course edit the text, but this is a big time saver.
